The transferal takes place in stages. The first stage is to set up a new environment on the new server, with the exact look and feel of the old site. The second stage is to package contents, such as blog entries, comments, themes and images uploaded, on the old server and bring them to the new server. Since zihona.com uses a lot of pictures uploaded and located on linshuang.info, and linshuang.info also needs to be transferred, there may be dual-down time: one for zihona.com, and the other for images on linshuang.info.
