Exchange students in Studentstaden housing will have good opportunities to meet with Swedish students in the corridor since there are usually only one or two rooms per corridor assigned to exchange students. Of course, some other students from abroad may also be staying on the same corridor. Rooms for exchange students have more furniture and are better equipped than rooms for Swedish students, where furniture will be gradually phased out and students required to buy their own furniture. This accounts for the higher rent for the fully furnished rooms. At Studentstaden an inspection of your cleaning will be made on departure. Please note that in Studentstaden housing (all three locations) you have to provide your own bedclothes, pillow, towels, etc. and you must be prepared to buy some kitchen utensils.
